Hula Love Fit - Weighted Hula Hoop Fitness Fun I created Hula Love Fit out of my love for weighted hula hooping fitness fun to inspire other women to get a hoop and start moving. I got bored and tired of the traditional exercises and wanted to do something different and fun while losing weight. I first thought it was going to be easy thinking of that childhood toy but to my surprise it was not and it took me a while to get the hang of it. I put my hula hoop down so many times, couldn’t get it to stay up but I kept trying and found my flow. Weighted hula hooping is underrated and I now had mad respect for it. Hula hooping requires you to continually shift back and forth to improve your balance to keep it up, you’re guaranteed to boost your heart rate, tone your core while reducing body fat and boosting your stamina. This is fitness made fun! What I also love about the hula hoop is that you can do it indoors, outdoors and even take it apart and pack for your vacation.
